Sanitary Measure for COVID-19

In light of COVID-19, Asma AlShaya Jewellery is taking extensive precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Our response team has enforced stringent measures at every step of your order and delivery process, through hygiene protocols that put your first. As all our orders are housed with us and dispatcjed directly from Abu Dhabi, every order is cleaned upon arrival until it reaches you, while all products are handled only with protective gloves. For delivery, all our vehicles are fully cleaned inside and out in an intensive process that ensure the utmost hygiene. Drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks, and wear protective gloves when handling any order. We promise to always uphold your confidence in us as we do everything in our power to support you and our community. Orders dispatched for delivery through external vendors will follow the hygiene protocols and standards of the respective couriers.

Order Delivery

Asma AlShaya Jewellery delivery across the GCC, with the delivery methods outlined. We’re constantly striving to improve your experience, and we are working on introducing more delivery methods across our channels. Kindly continue checking back for any updates.

Orders placed outside of working hours (Sunday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm), after the cut off time and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the order’s submission. Delivery timelines are estimates. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays.

Self Pick-up/Collection at store

Should the purchaser assigns a third party to collect the item, then an ‘authorization letter’ must be signed by the purchaser and submitted to us with the supporting documents; emirates ID of the purchaser and collector. With this option, you acknowledge, Asma AlShaya Jewellery has no liability for any loss or damage to your item upon its delivery.

General Delivery Conditions

Althought we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered the essence. Timlines start from your order’s confirmation, however, if we have not delivered your order wihtin 60 days of your order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your orders or request postponement.

Orders delivery exclude UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitations on Fridays.

If on the delivery date our delivery team is unsable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will pre-inform you of this charge. In the absence of negligence, we will not be liable for loss or damage to the items, including where caused by: (i) us following your specific instructions; (ii) limited or no access to your nominated premises.

Address Changes & Tracking

Our Customer Care Team will be happy to asisst with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we wont be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
